Florence trip

We chose Hotel Paris for the location based on proximity to the main attractions in Florence and we were not disappointed as we could walk to all the main sites in minutes. The hotel has a lot of charm and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend. Good breakfast selection as well.

The hotel is under maintenance so we felt some type of way when we arrived, but the room was so good! Spacious and a beautiful window overlooking the street. We slept with the windows open. The hotel is conveniently located in the center but in a quiet street. 10 minutes from ponte vechio and 10 minutes from the basilica. Loved our stay!

I had to shuffle sideways through half of my room, despite booking a double. The first room they gave me had almost no hot water. The second room had the auditory delight of hearing folks in other rooms piss and have sex. The entire hotel was covered with construction scaffolding- they did not notify me of this at any point. There was built up scum on the temperature and tv remotes, the shower leaked to the rest of the floor, everything was dingy, and a giant water leak happened in the hallway on my last day. The staff was all friendly, the breakfast buffet was lovely, and the location was convenient.

Excellent Hotel in the hart of Florence

Paris Hotel in central Florence

The hotel was beautiful! The staff upon arriving were friendly and eager to help. The car parking was easy. Once you pull up they help with the luggage, you hand them your keys and they will park it for you. When leaving you tell them 30 minutes before and they will have the car out front ready for you. The all day tea and coffee is a nice accommodation.

The hotel was excellent and the location is incredible. The only issue was the showers needed an update. And the other hotel guests were quite routy. I was woken up two nights in a row by drunken guests being extremely loud.

Location is 5-10 min walk to the train station.The first thing that will meet you in the lobby is the distinctively offensive to your nose is the smell of toilet and sewage. I said something about it to the bell boy. The following day, sticks of air freshener was all over the lobby. The front desk was not friendly at all.
