Marvelous location , you can see the Duomo from the top of the building. Short distance walking from Santa Maria Del Fiore and Galleria de la Academia (David), actually you can walk to most interesting points in the city . Florence is really beautiful. The hotel has excellent renovations and it is updated .

The staff was very professional and welcoming. Little extras are included at no cost, nice touch. The room was very comfortable and well supplied. Breakfast was outstanding. They arranged for a 4 am taxi for our early flight, and provided breakfasts in a bag!

So glad I picked this hotel! Close to everything. Duomo cathedral, Academia del MichaelAngelo, lots of restaurants around the area. Walkable to Central Market, Zaza Restaurant, train station and many more. Hotel is modern, big rooms and bathroom, plenty of storage. Towel warmer is available too and daily breakfast was amazingly delicious. Water and snacks are complimentary, replenished every day. Staff are very nice. Highly recommended. Will come back if I have the chance.

The location could not be better. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast and the minibar contents were included in the room rate. We received a voucher for a welcome glass of prosecco or coffee and found gifts of wine and coffee waiting for us in the room. When my husband was feeling unwell, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to makeup our room during the hour we were out for lunch. We loved this hotel!

My stay at Hotel Spadai was exceptional. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. What truly sets the property apart, however, is the incredibly warm and attentive staff. They genuinely seem happy to take care of their guests. I will definitely return on my next trip.

Great place

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great - a minute from the Duomo and central area (so very easy reach without the noise of actually being there), then 5-10 minutes from most other things (David statue, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, train station for day trip pick ups etc). The room itself was a good size, good condition with a comfy bed. Having a free mini fridge with water/coke etc stocked daily was a great bonus. The breakfast was brilliant - especially as it’s included within the price. There was so much range and good quality food available (fruit, cereal, bacon/eggs etc, cold meats/cheeses, cakes, pastries, yoghurts and more!) - I ate a lot each day! Overall staff are very welcoming and friendly, I would definitely stay here again.
