Everything was amazing! The hotel is furnished so nicely and the room was spacious and very clean. We had access to the backyard bar straight from our room which was a nice surprise. It was easy to get to the city center and back with a taxi (only 10min) which the hotel kindly ordered for us.

Very nice hotel. Really comfortable room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Only slight drawback would be the small shower in our room and could do with a few more toiletries and coffee/tea for the room, although they clean and restock every day. Outside the centre but nice location with some bars and restaurants nearby. Pleasant 40 mins walk to the centre or plenty of regular buses.

Perfect little stopping point for our trip, we travelled Italy and arrived late - the staff were very accommodating of this and left us instructions and our keys. The breakfast terrace was gorgeous and a wonderful start to the day! Very friendly and a gorgeous condo apartment. There are families close by who are a little loud in the mornings but what you’d expect when booking an apartment in a city!

Black mold in bathroom

We stayed for a few days - the hotel was fairly clean and in a decent location. The staff were friendly. There was black mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling which can make you very sick. We would have gone elsewhere but Florence was very booked up due to a couple of events within the city

I accidentally reserved the room a day longer than I should have, I had my flight home the next day. I immediately contacted hotels and they said they had to reach out to the hotel.
