Beware ! Check the room first

We checked on. Went to the room, I went to use the bathroom and found a roach crawling across the floor. Went out lin the room, found more roaches by the bed. I called the front desk and told them we would be checking out. I will be requesting a refund. Horrible experience! The worse part os O selected this hotel base on the customer reviews at Hotels. com . Not sure I will be using it again based on this experiences it will be awhile before I stay at another hotel.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The showerhead was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was excellent! The toilet didn't flush well. It tool 6 flushes to clear the bowl.
