When I made the reservation, I didn’t realize that this was a hotel with all rooms opening outside, and that half the rooms were up a flight of stairs. The clerk at the hotel was very accommodating when I told her I physically couldn’t handle the steps and she made sure I had a room on the first floor.

This place far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, beds were comfortable & the towels were fluffy. We will be staying here again whenever we’re in town. I had high hopes since this place had such high ratings too! Staff was very friendly too.
