The small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, safe, and well-kept, with friendly staff and a very comfortable, firm bed that looked brand new. If your room faces the street, you’ll have a lovely river view, though it can be a bit noisy at times. The location is excellent — all major attractions are within a 10–25 minute walk. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there’s a supermarket just 5–10 minutes away where you can easily find everything you need. The TV includes YouTube and other streaming options, which was a nice bonus.

Florence great location

Beautiful room separate living foo. Windows opened to the river 10-15 minutes away from everything. If parking you need to reserve in advance very limited as in any town.
