The host was great, responding when little bits happened and we needed immediate responses. We had a couple of small moments that are now things to laugh at down the line as good memories. The last couple of nights, we did notice a light gas smell, and we notified them. They said they would look into it.Again very clean and available when needing responses to questions.

Overall home was Beautiful. But the host failed to accommodate a few things fo us to enjoy our stay. They were under suspension through the HOA in the Community. We couldn't use the facilities to it (Fitness center/Pool). There was a gas smell that they said had checked and we dont believe they actually checked it. And Finally the water was shut off the morning of Sept 16th. Come to find out they didn't pay the bill to the home. The host lied to us saying there was an outage within the community. We called the Water Co. and they said there wasnt. Also the home must be getting ready to under foreclosure due to the forms left at the property.

Wonderful experience

This was the best experience. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Super clean and the location was prime for our weekend at Country Thunder! Thank you for everything, highly recommend anyone stay here when in Florence!
