This hotel was extremely close to everything. The check in process was different than other hotels, but there is someone you can call to help with the process. The flat was clean and quiet. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Florence!

1.5 hour before check-in, I got a phone call from Mamo saying that the apartment is not available, since there is no running water. We got another apartment for the first night which was OK, but clearly not the one that was paid for. Later, it was communicated that there are two apartments, one with square view and another without, and ours was the one without. By looking at the advertisement, I can only say that this listing is a scam since that information isn’t available any place. The apartment, which we finally got the second night was still decent, but it wasn’t close to the one advertised. I’ve checked all the pictures, and maybe 2 out of the many posted pictures are from the “square view” apartment. I don’t know if it’s Hotel.com’s fault (since it is impossible to get contact with them after hand), or Mamo’s, but I advise against this company.
