I've visited Florence twice, and N7 Rooms is the accommodation I'd recommend most. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the train station, which makes things so much easier if you're travelling around Italy on the train. It's still within easy walking distance of the city centre, but much quieter (I stayed by the Duomo on first visit, and it was quite noisy!!) What really made our stay was Claudio, from the N7 Rooms team. His communication was excellent from the start - clear instructions, helpful messages before we arrived and great local recommendations. He made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, even kindly looking after our bags on the last day. The room itself was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and quiet. Exactly what we needed for a fleeting visit to Florence! Will definitely be back next time we're in Florence!

Great Apartment Hotel

Excellent apartment hotel close to Florence SMN railway station. Also close to supermarkets because as an apartment hotel it doesn't cater. We would use this again and recommend to others.

I don’t usually praise or bash my stay, but this has to be told. Place is clean, Claudio is a great host. I won’t mention maintenance because place is too fresh. A liiitle bit on the pricey side but comparing to other places, i would love to stay again in such clean & fresh property.

We loved our stay here at N7 Rooms in Florence. Claudio was extremely helpful in getting us checked in and letting us know about transport around the city including how the taxis worked and the public transit. The room was newly remodeled and had AC. Felt like your own apartment and was located right next to the tram line and train station. Was also within walking distance to the historic sites and a bunch of food options. Would highly recommend staying here!
