This place was disgusting. Bullet proof hallway glass to check in?!? I didn’t expect the ritz as this was a stop on way to Florida to shower. Stretch legs and get 4-5 hours of sleep. My 11 year old would not touch the shower. There were stains everywhere. People were screaming “oh god” all night. This is a disgrace that Expedia even offers this. Upside. Pet friendly hotel and the person was so high or drunk they forgot to charge for the dog. The dog would not lay down. Smells etc.

When I first arrived to check in at 310pm est, the housekeeper said I would have to come back in 20 or 30 mins because there was nobody there that could check me in. When I came back to check in (a couple hrs later) the lady gave us a room (204) we get upstairs and the door has been propped open. It wasn't clean. Trash all over the floor, the beds weren't made, etc. I went back to get another room, they didn't have any other rooms like what I booked. Then the one they did give me had electrical issues around the heating unit.

This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for, and I don’t mean that to be negative. This is a bare bones, no frills motel that serves its purpose- a place to sleep while traveling route 95. It was reasonably clean and the staff were friendly but it’s a bed in a room with a small bathroom. Not a place you are going to stay for the fun of it, but it serves its purpose.

This hotel is definitely a 2 star hotel. Needs to be updated, However the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was hot! The heat worked and the breakfast was more then expected.

Nightly stay with spouse for business travel, the Area seemed not safe outside, the noise was all night you could hear upper floor guests walking, talking,screaming and fighting. The beds cover smelled. Breakfast was nice had variety of hot and cold Breakfast and staff was pleasant.

10 stars of 10 are well deserved

Everything at this location is exactly what I would hope other hotels aspire to be. Their cleanliness, friendliness of all staff, understanding when an extra 20 minutes are needed when your wife takes too long to redo her hair again...etc. This Quality in qnd this location and the owner and the family are top notch in every way. I make a point of going here any time I travel that direction and even for home away when its caotic. Thank you for making the stay almost like a pleasant family stay. The breakfast is the best Ive had at any competitors of the single location. 10 of 10
