We had a charmingly decorated room in this botique hotel. The location is really terrific--close to everything including many eateries, some quite afforedable. The hotel provides free Italian (continental) breakfast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Too negatives--there was a lot of noise at night, which is not the hotel's fault, but it is in the heart of Florence in an area where there are nightspots. Second is that the hot water could have been more plentiful in the shower and bath.

We’ve just checked out after an excellent 3 night stay here and felt like I needed to review this hotel because the staff and the experience was so good! The staff were extremely attentive and were happy to assist with anything we needed, even offering advice on busses or to make dinner reservations for us. There is a lift to the rooms which is very handy when you have heavy luggage. We didn’t have the correct travel adapter for our phone chargers, no problem, the reception staff had spares they could lend to us which we returned on check out. The rooms and hallways of the hotel are stylishly renovated in a renaissance Italian style which is very chic. We stayed in a “classic” double room, which had everything we needed. Comfy bed, safe for valuables, lovely bathroom with a big walk-in rainfall shower, aircon, electric points either side of the bed for phone chargers and plenty of space to store luggage and relax. The hotel is near the river on a quiet street which is far enough away from the bustling centre of Florence but also close enough that everything is only a 10minute walk. Thank you for a lovely stay, when we come back to Florence in future we will definitely stay here!

Hotel is in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants and bars for the evening. It’s decorated beautifully, particularly the bathrooms although the shower temperature was a little temperamental but manageable. We visited in late march and while the outside temperature was ambient the temperature inside our room was very high and the aircon was still set to heat. We did speak to the staff about this and were told to try opening the windows instead but the proximity to the river meant this brought in a large amount of mosquitoes. Overall a lovely hotel just a slightly hotter than preferred sleep

Beautiful hotel. Close to everything and super comfortable (great bathroom and comfy bed/pillows). The design is very cool and aligned with the city vibe. We stayed in different cities/hotels in Italy and this was the best of all of the hotels. Book it, don’t hesitate. We will totally stay here again if we go back to Florence.

Location just 5 minutes from train station. Very quiet and on the canal, it’s a beautiful spot for coffee or a cocktail. Room was fully equip with amenities, the staff was extremely helpful. The king bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was very clean with modern amenities, but felt like you were staying in an old Italian mansion. The location is super convenient as well. Just a few minutes walk from all the major attractions, but it’s set on a very quiet side street. The staff was also very helpful with booking cabs and reservations. Will absolutely stay here again.

This boutique hotel is such a hidden gem in Florence! It is located in a prime location right off of the waterway but it is on a quiet street. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with booking airport transport. The room was absolutely beautiful, very elegantly designed with cultural touches. We were beyond impressed with the hotel and hope to be back someday!

A great find, a small property with only 7 rooms but the decor was great with a very spacious room and the staff fantastic. Only a 4 minute walk to the Ufizzi Gallery and 15 to the Duomo.

This is a boutique style rooms. Very clean and decorated beautiful. Very comfortable beds and spacious. We stayed in the superior room and would go back for sure! Easy to walk to everything in Florence, restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect location to stay. Great customer service and breakfast was great. Book it!
