We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great. There is A/C in every room which was nice since we were in Florence during a heat wave. We were able to check in early and rest after arriving from the train station. The apartment is on the third floor but the small elevator (2 people) was helpful for my mother in law. The place was clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is spacious and clean. Location is good and walkable to most places. However, no one responded when we needed help the most. The keys for the door and the apartment were very tricky to use and eventually not working. No one answered on call or no text back at emergency. My husband was standing outside front of the facility over 2 hours at midnight, waiting for the fire fighters to solve the issue with the help by locals. DO NOT expect the facility onwer or agency would respond to you when you need help. You will be all own to resolve issues, even when the issue is not your fault at all.

Sentralt, fint, god plass, defekt aircondition

Sentral belligenhet, bra med 2 bad, god plass, nytt og flott kjøkken. Kort vei til det meste, som bl.a. bakeri for ferske bakevarer til frokost, samt kort vei til sentrum og severdigheter. Kunne ha vært mer bestikk, glass og tallerkner, vi var 6 stk. Aircondition virket ikke på soverommene så det var vanskelig å sove. Aircondition virket i stua. Meldte det inn med en gang vi kom, men det ble ikke reparert de 3 dagene vi hadde. Vannkranen på det ene badet var veldig løs, men den virket.
