The location of The Frame Hotel is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Florence. Everything is within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shopping. If you happen to sleep in and miss breakfast, there are plenty of nearby cafes to grab a bite and start your day. The room itself was lovely—spacious, spotless, and comfortable. It had a modern, stylish design that made it feel like a true retreat after a day of exploring the city. The only downside was the bathroom, which was on the smaller side. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but something to consider for those who value a bit more space in the bathroom. What really stood out during our stay was the service. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us with transportation arrangements for our next destination. Their friendliness and professionalism really made our stay more enjoyable. My only real complaint was the slow internet. As a traveler, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is crucial, and unfortunately, the internet was quite slow during our visit. If the hotel could upgrade the internet speed, it would be a five-star experience without question. Overall, I highly recommend The Frame Hotel. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Florence, and with a few improvements, it could easily be perfect!

Location Excellent. Really friendly

Booked unseen, relied on previous reviews. Hotel is small (family owned I presume). 5 minutes walk from airport T2 tram stop at central station. And 5 minutes walk from Duomo. Rooms very comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was a surprise. We were expecting coffee & croissant. But there was a lot more. Between 17.00 and 18.00 they also offer cakes etc. Also we asked for restaurant recommendations - very satisfied.

What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with a comprehensive selection and amazing coffee. Favorite hotel of our Italy trip!

Best hotel of our family Italy trip! We were there for 3 nights and we would go back in a heartbeat if we could. We stayed in room 502 with two levels and a terrace. It had 2 bathrooms and 3 comfortable beds. My teen kids were happy to have their own space and so were we! The staff was amazing, too, and made great dining recommendations and reservations for us. Location was perfect. An easy 5 minute or less walk to the train and around the corner from the Duomo.

Best AC in Italy. Very comfortable, very cute, zero noise in the room, great location, perfect for Florence. Concierge extremely kind and helpful she hand wrote on our map all the places and best routes along with restaurant recommendation. Location is great, rooms are large and clean, very quiet, friendly staff, breakfast was good but not amazing, ac was great and cold. The wine cellar experience downstairs is overpriced and wastes money so I’d skip that. The outside room jacuzzi should be removed and that area revamped into a nice sitting nook with maybe a simple water feature. Overall though really great value.
