We loved staying at The Frame! The staff is very attentive and helpful. This hotel has a lot of character and nice upgrades and amenities. It is within walking distance of the train station and just a few minutes away from the Duomo. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel and the room are beautiful with lots of special touches. But the staff made all the difference! From check in to check out, all of the staff were pleasant and always had a smile and a kind word. This is my go-to place in Florence.
