Location is perfect!

Wonderfully located hotel for station and main attractions. Eccentric/confusing controls for room lighting, and decor/style is a bit dated. Staff is v friendly and helpful

Our stay from check in til check out was amazing. We were there for a mix of business and sightseeing. David at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable!!! He showed us how to get around to the major sites from a map. Made wonderful dinner recommendations and just was wonderfully kind. Breakfast is amazing every AM and o provided a toi go option for the days I was leaving early for conference, I cannot give enough stars df recommendation!!!!!

Centrally located - 2 blocks from train station and tram to airport. Short walk to historic Florence city center. Friendly staff. Convenient breakfast room. Funky tomato soup colored bathroom fixtures. Eclectic wiring: bathroom switches turned off random sets of lights in the main room and nothing seemed to turn off the mirror or shower lights. Outlets worn such that plugs would fall out unless propped up.

This was my second stay at this property. The staff is always wonderful. The ladies who work the breakfast service are so sweet. The hotel is clean and in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to see in Florence. It’s less than 5 min to walk to the Duomo, 10 min walk to Accademia, 5 min walk from the train, across the street from the central market. There’s a great bar next door too. Perfect for first time visitors to Florence.

I was shocked when I was told that I have to pay €12 a person for the breakfast while I remember that my reservation should include breakfast. My friend made same reservation as mine who paid almost the same amount had their breakfast included. I don’t know what went wrong with my reservation but was deeply disappointed.
