Great Value !!!

My check in was easy, the room very clean and well stocked . The breakfast was very good and quickly served. I would recommend this to anyone, my only complaint was that the WIFI was very limited in access from the room and was not always available.

Clean and quiet

This is a basic hotel, but extremely clean and quiet, front of one of the main squares of Florencia. Breakfast is, again, basic : nothing fancy, but nothing terrible either. The personnel is friendly and helpful. There isn’t that much travel to Florencia, so not that many options. I stayed there three nights for business, and wouldn’t think of looking for a different place if I went back. WiFi is ok too.

The hotel does not have credit card payment which has been a problem with our passengers, since they were charging and had to make a deposit from Mexico on Friday and I do not pass the deposit so my passengers have gone through very badly I will not book this hotel again.

Buena opción en Florencia

Aunque solo estuve una noche en el hotel, la experiencia fue agradable. Fueron muy gentiles al tratar de conseguirme comida después del cierre de la cocina. Además, el sistema para abrir y cerrar la habitación me pareció novedoso.

Satisfacion

Muy central el hotel, tiene restaurante es grande y está ubicado a un lado de las habitaciones, buen aseo en la habitación. Aunque el hotel es un poco antiguo creo que falta remodelar las habitaciones. El baño si esta remodelado.
