Avoid this place like the plague!!

If you love: * being told “I will consult my colleague” from the apartment management team when you call (6 times over an 18 hour period) about a sub-par apartment only to have absolutely NOTHING done to remedy the problems… * booking a place for 4 people to sleep and having no bedding for the second bed/couch AT ALL… * having dirty used bedding for the actual bed that you must wash (after you buy laundry detergent)… * having no TOILET PAPER (Seriously?!?)… * and no towels… * and NO HOT WATER… * And no silverware AT ALL (cutlery, utensils, etc… NOTHING) * as well as none of the amenities advertised on Hotels.com (such as soap, water boiler, dish soap etc…) * or knowing the so-called “professionally cleaned” promise on the Hotels.com website must have been a disastrous misprint…. * and no cell service unless you stand on the patio * with sketchy wifi * and dirty floors * in an apartment that smells like sewage (!) AND OUR FAVORITE * If you LOVE being told by Hotels.com that they will get back to you “via email” when you contact them to report the property… and then being told you get a small credit WITH THEM to make up for your pathetic experience with them… Then this is the place for you.☹️

It was cool that everything worked via app. The checkin was super easy and the video for the explanation to find the keys wtc. Was also amazing. Nice and clean apartment!
