Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y no están acordes al parámetro de 4 estrellas que dicen ostentar, las amenities existen pero no están en buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones son incómodas y viejas, las cama es dura e incómoda. Tuvimos problemas con nuestro baño, el cual perdía agua por el inodoro y por el lava manos, dejando un olor insoportable, problema que tardaron 3 días en solucionar, sin cambiarnos de habitación. El personal de mantenimiento y servicio muy cordial, a excepción del personal de la recepción de turno mañana, con el cual vivimos una experiencia muy desagradable, donde nos trató mal por no querer ayudarnos a tempranas horas del día, con un trato muy descortés hacia los huéspedes, nada de digno de un hotel.

Minha estadia no Hotel Praia Brava

Minha estadia foi excelente, hotel limpo, organizado, oferece boas comodidades como restaurante, aparelhos de academia e piscina fria e aquecida, o que foi excelente no período do inverno. Só acrescento que nas duas estadias que estive neste hotel, constatei que as torneiras e os chuveiros, mesmo apertando bem, não fecham completamente e vaza água. O hotel tem que verificar as instalações hidráulicas.
