Péssimo

Depois de uma viajem longa,esperando encontrar uma acomodação no mínimo limpa e com o conforto que foi contratado.Infelizmente o quarto estava sujo ,cama cheia de areia,banheiro com péssimo odor,o quarto não condizia com oque foi contratado,que seria estilo flat sendo que este não existe no hotel.Ao questionar a gerência obtivemos resposta ríspida,e sem resolver a situação ficamos somente um dia no hotel ,dos 5 que foi contratado ,resumindo prejuízo grande para uma data de final de ano. No geral o gerente não restitui as diárias não consumida agindo de uma forma extremamente arrogante,não recomendo reservas neste hotel,principalmente porque eles não cumprem oque ofertam na reserva,se quer tem Tv a cabo e o wif não funciona..
