The hotel has good amenities, and fantastic meals. Staff was very nice and friendly (every single person I interacted with). On the other hand, the hotel looks a bit dated and would be nice to refresh it or even simple things as making sure the pools are really clean, the mats on the pool floor looks nice and things like that. Also, great job being mindful about COVID.

O hotel é muito bacana, conservado . Estava cheio mas o staff consegue atender muito bem e não falta nada . Apenas o spa adulto onde não é permitido crianças … não há fiscalização e famílias levam sim crianças e até bebês . Tinha até bóia dentro de um ofurô . Daí complica …. Eu só uso esse espaço do hotel justamente por causa do silêncio e dessa vez não foi possível . Acho que isso precisa ser respeitado e cabe ao hotel fazer valer essa norma.
