Agradável e bem localizado

O residencial Jade tem excelente localização, próximo a tudo, o Sr. José (anfitrião) é sempre muito rápido nas respostas e demandas, quando solicitado. Também é muito atencioso e educado. O local é fidedigno as fotos apresentadas. Infelizmente o ventilador de teto da sala/cozinha nao estava funcionando.

Boa localização, bom atendimento

O proprietário é muito atencioso, o quarto estava limpo, as roupas de cama e toalhas fornecidas eram boas. Tem os utensilios necessários. Dois pontos a melhorar: a internet não atende bem e o colchao do sofá cama não é agradável. No mais tudo muito bom.
