Creekside Cottage is conveniently located in Fly Creek, NY only 6 minutes (3 miles) to the village of Cooperstown, 14 minutes (6 miles) to Cooperstown Dreams Park, 26 minutes (20 miles) to AllStar Village.
Undoubtedly you will spend most of your time enjoying the many outdoor features of this lovely property. The heated pool is securely fenced with beautiful Oaks Creek set as its backdrop. There is a gas grill and picnic table aside the pool area for your outdoor dining pleasure. Cap-off the evenings with a fire in the creekside pit provided for your use. Bring the marshmallows! (Keep a close eye on the kiddos as the creek can flow swiftly).
The first floor of this pretty home consists of an open and spacious living room, family room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, and two full baths ~ one just off the kitchen and one in the family room.
Upstairs are 4 generous bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. A bunk room contains a set of bunks and a separate twin bed. Two additional bedrooms, 1 with a queen and one with a full bed. A 4th full bath round out the 2nd floor.
There is Central AC throughout the home.
