Mostly good experiences. Did not have Ironing board in the room. Went to Front Desk 3 seperate time to get one before we checked out each time being told we should have one. Were it should be like i didnt know thats were it should be but wasnt. We ended up checking out never getting that Ironing aboard.

We booked this very last minute to come on our vacation early. The price did not reflect our stay. Lobby had an unusual smell as did our room. There was a giant trash bag full of something by our elevator that another guest made a comment had been there for two days. Our bathroom was very clean but our comforter had hair/dirt on it. We picked this place for convenience to multiple things and it was, but also because of the offered breakfast. We came downstairs for breakfast at 9:30 (among other guests) and the staff had already cleaned everything up (breakfast ends at 10). Staff started to put things back out, but we decided to go somewhere else. in a pinch - this place is fine but again, not worth what we paid.

My family and I stay at this hotel from July 21-24. The hotel was good area, it was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and nice and ready to help at any giving moment. The room was clean and comfortable for my family. The breakfast time is from 6-9am. The only thing I would suggest is blackout curtain because the sun was very bright and woke us up every morning. Also the air turns off and on alot some nights we were hot during the midnight hours other than those two things. We would suggest this place to others

Breakfast was worst I had in a couple years. Supplied very little. No orange juice machine- only water in a container. The food was almost empty but not refilled. No plates only bowls. Two muffins in the tray- never replenished. No eggs. Cereal dispenser broken. Waffle maker- out of batter. And lastly the pool was out of service. For $300 a night it was very lacking.

The only thing great was the location. The beds were too hard. Hallways were dirty. We asked for our room to be serviced and it wasn't. Breakfast sucked! Not plates only bowls. My son got sick from the food. Staff was unapologetic when it came to the inconvenience of the customers. They just didnt seem to care at all. Ran out of juice, milk and yogurt. I would never stay here again. I'd rather pay more money and stay at a nicer facility.

The room was 300 a night and the pool was not in service. There should have been a price discount for pool not in service in the middle of summer There was trash all over the grounds and trash can full at front door. On the positive side I was able to have my pet there and the room was very nice and clean.

Great!

Great breakfast, super friendly staff, nice room. Super close to Gulf Shores, but far enough away to escape the crush of tourists trying to get to the beach.
