The villa is located in a small village near the town of Foligno (Umbria - Italy). By car you can reach the main Umbrian cities, such as Assisi, Spoleto and Perugia in a few minutes. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, for two children, and a double bed in the living room, which can be used as a sofa during the day. The kitchen overlooks the living room through a wooden American bar and is equipped with a fridge, stove with oven, double sink, dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The living room has a small study area, a table with chairs and a fireplace that can be used on cold evenings. The bathroom has a large bathtub, a sink, bidet, toilet, and is equipped with a washing machine.
Externally, available to guests is a large garden with barbecue area, wooden table with benches.
