The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. Our son was getting married during the week in April 2026. Although the weather was crappy, we enjoyed this beach house so much that our family could spread out and enjoy the company and the balcony and great food fellowship and family time. We loved having an elevator to help load and unload. A great location just three blocks from all the action. although we live north of Myrtle Beach, we would definitely recommend and return if we had a large group again. Thanks again.

House is wonderful! 8 adults and 3 children enjoyed Thanksgiving week at the beach, there was ample room for us all. Location is great, parking excellent, house clean and well furnished. Host is very responsive. We will be back!

25 beach trip

Yearly trek to beach with family, great house, easy to beach access and not far from Bert’s. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and great family room for gathering. Nice breezes on balcony at night. Definitely stay again and recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Folly Beach. Beach access is just a short walk away and the beach itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you might want to do, Having the elevator was really helpful - especially when bringing in luggage and groceries. One note: the elevator does not go to the suite on the top floor. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for someone with mobility issues who is planning on sleeping in the top floor suite. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We could see/hear the beach and there is always a nice breeze. It was wonderful for our morning cup of tea and evening cocktails. If we ever make it back to Folly Beach, we would stay here again.

Kate was great. Very quick to respond and resolve any questions or issues. Very accommodating and made this trip one for the books. House was clean and spacious. You can't beat the view from the top balcony. It's amazing. This was an extended family trip that I had arranged and everyone was very happy with the house. Elevator was amazing for my 82yo dad with double knee replacements as well as making check in/check out so easy. I loved that the light switches were labeled so you didnt have to flip 100 to find the right one. Location is perfect. Still close to the pier but far enough away that the beachtime felt less crowded than other times I've been to Folly. So nice to be able to walk easily to center st., restaurants, and Bert's is right there too. Can't beat the placement. I would 100% book again.
