The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at folding bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.

Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
