Clean and comfortable. An excellent location with no real need to hire a car.
We made WhatsApp contact with the owner before the holiday. The owner met us at the port to take us to the property and showed us the local supermarkets and bike/car hire. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance.
We had the whole ground floor, no one was living upstairs.
The ground floor was spacious and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
This was the first time my wife and I hadn't hired a car on holiday. We enjoyed walking, and there were plenty of walking routes to either nearby coast. Sant Ferran seems to be on every bus route, and timetables are online. We also hired bikes for other excursions.
A few minor negatives: There is plenty of crockery in the kitchen, but it might be a bit short of some cooking utensils if cooking for a larger family. The kitchen sink drains slowly.
We had some heavy rain in late Autumn and this led to electrical trip-outs. However the electrician arrived within 30 minutes of the call-out and identified the problem and fixed it.
The owner was away when we returned to the UK, but the recommended taxi firm didn't let us down with a 7 am booking on a Sunday morning.
