The worst motel I we have ever stayed in.

Pros: Nothing at all except location
Cons: There hasn't being any maintenance on this motel for sometime ,the fence is falling down and weeds everywhere .The building needs bulldozing.
Location: The beach is nearby and shopping strip
No reverse cycle air and it was very cold ,we asked for an excellent blanket which never arrived .The room was never cleaned properly ,dust and dirt and cobwebs.

Pros: Location
Cons: Lack of cleaning staff. Drain on floor in bathroom flooded on our first day and we had to be moved to another room.
