Sunrise Wonder on One Mile Beach
Sunrise Wonder is a 2 storey house with the main living, one queen bedroom and the main bathroom on the upper storey, at entry level from the double garage and from the front door which is in the courtyard garden. It enjoys a large balcony with extensive ocean views of One Mile Beach.
French doors from the main living open to the pleasant, sheltered front garden/courtyard with a BBQ and table and seating for 6. The open plan living includes a full kitchen, dining for 6, a TV viewing space and lounge seating for 9.
On the lower level, to the right of the stairwell, there is a second large queen bedroom. Adjacent to it is the laundry with shower and toilet. To the left of the landing, which leads to a level, fully enclosed grassy backyard, is the main downstairs accommodation. It consists of the third queen bedroom, 2 open sleeping areas with 4 single beds, a third bathroom, a kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave, a 3 seater lounge, 2 lounge chairs and a second TV.
The property is a 5 minute walk to the southern, patrolled end of One Mile Beach, with BBQ, toilet facilities, Cape Hawke Surf Club and a popular coffee shop. A double garage for parking and plenty of on street parking, this can be your base to explore the local area and enjoy the wonderful ocean views.
A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
