Great location, comfortable bed. Food was fantastic as were the drinks. Bar tenders were great! Why not 5 stars? Few reasons, no smart TVs, tiny bathrooms(which is understandable given the buildings age) and very “creeky” floors(enough to wake you if anyone in the room gets up or the room above you). Again it’s an old building but still it’s a distractor. Can’t beat the location but know your not getting a long nights sleep if there’s any activity.

This place is so quaint and the decor is so well thought out. The room was nice and big. The hotel smells so fresh and clean. The staff and bar/lounge were also fun. I would most definitely stay here again. Also, location is great and you can walk to everything.

This is a one Michelin 🗝️ Property and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door. We were greeted by Amanda. The automatic door opening was nice. It is a boutique hotel in the heart of Fort Collins near a yummy cafe. Our room was extremely large, clean, well maintained and stocked. The bed was topped with a lovely duvet and blanket. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is an exceptional hotel always enjoy staying here when I visit Fort Collins. The staff is very friendly,nice and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and spacious. And very close to everything in old town.
