Views were amazing being on the top floor of the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious with different options for our children. Was very nice to have a room with kitchen and table for our two little boys. Also we took our two small dogs with us and the staff was very friendly. The lady with blonde hair that checked us in went above and beyond. It was a busy day in Loveland on Valentine’s Day and parking was scarce. She was getting off work and gave us her parking spot in the parking garage.

I know Loveland is having a hard time with the homeless population right now and I have compassion for the people and situation but it impacts this hotel due to its location. Also, a weird thing. The light switch at the front door of the hotel room contols the light in the middle of the room and the bathroom,
