Olivier est particulièrement gentil et acceuillant. L'appartement est agreable et bien équipé (machine à laver, fer), un petit jardin permet de déjeuner dehors et l'on peu garer la voiture à l'abris juste devant l'appartement. L'appartement dispose de la clim et de la ventilation au plafond, moustiquaire à toutes les fenetres, un bon Wifi. Je suis resté une semaine pour mon travail et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Séjour en Martinique

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement durant 1 mois. Le logement est indépendant et est situé au rez de chaussée d’une maison très calme. Il convient parfaitement pour un séjour pour 2 personnes, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Une ambiance familiale règne dans l’habitation et est des plus agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et nous recommandons ce logement. Olivier et les autres membres de la famille se sont montrés être des personnes très agréables et ont toujours répondu présents si un problème se présentait à nous. Merci !

Appartement conforme à l'annonce et très bien situé. Petit jardin zen pour la détente. Commerces à proximité. Accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

En points positifs, un F2 d une surface largement suffisante pour un couple. A l arrière, un espace extérieur arboré agréable permettant de déjeuner, ou pour la lecture. La présence proche de la rocade ne dérange pas dans le sens où le mur anti bruit protège efficacement des nuisances sonores, sauf lors du passage de motos trafiquées. La possibilité de parking du véhicule dans la maison est appréciable. En point négatif, la présence de moustiques qui nécessiteraient, à notre sens, un traitement préventif.
