Loved the hip, metro look of this hotel. Great for couples as the rooms are suited for two. Only problem was a noisy air-con and really really pancake flat pillows. Woke up with a neck cramp for sure.

Stayed here prior to a Panama Canal cruise. The staff was great and the room was fantastic. Corner room on the 8th floor with views of the cruise ship harbor. Will stay here again if in town.

I like the location, but was disappointed in the first two rooms I was given. One room had not been made up. The second room door would not open.The third room was clean and ready. Staff was helpful, but the experience was disapointing.

Service

The room was clean, but the toliet wouldn't flush because handle was broken. Other than the toliet, it was a nice stay. The service was fantastic. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
