Great location and the pool was awesome. We had a long layover after our Disney Cruise and this hotel was the perfect spot to spend the day. The rooftop pool is great, and the room was quiet enough for napping.

Breakfast is not complimentary you pay for it, other than that it was a great place to stay since we were leaving out of Fort Lauderdale airport we got a free shuttle bus ride there.

Horrible, no contacted shuttle service number provided by desk to pick up from port x2 and was told they would call me back ...never received call back to use LIFT, and on day to depart was never told of any issues until we arrived in lobby to pick up shuttle to airport that shuttle wasn't working. Left to find own way at last minute to get to airport. Theyre never assited with other yransportation at all and front desk clerk was rather rude.
