We are 1 block from the beach & fishing pier, and half a block from the town center, restaurants, Ice cream , bars w. live music and shops. We have four modern rental 1/1 apartments .all similar in size, design and layout.
Location : 1 block S. of Comm. blvd. on the E. sidewalk of Ocean Dr. ( across from Walgreen)

The space
Bermuda Blue is a brand new beach side oasis in the heart of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Dreamed up by a brother and sister construction/design team, Bermuda Blue is thoroughly modern with a clean aesthetic. Construction was just completed in 2017 and everything is brand new and built to the highest construction standards. All windows are impact resistant and noise reducing with blackout shades. Internet speed 800 mbs
The bedroom consist of 1 KING bed with a brand new medium firm high quality mattress. The 2nd and 3rd beds are futon style sofa bed, they measure about 44" wide & 67 " long , they are on the firm side. (during the day ,they are the 2 blue sofas in living room as shown in photos, at night you can flatten them for sleeping )
Pretty comfortable for few night sleep ,but meant for young kids & not for adults !
There are four rental units available. We have one handicap accessible unit

Great location, great spot!

This was a great experience - close to the beach and restaurants, spacious and clean apartment. Recommendations that were provided before our trip were really helpful. Messaging with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. Would stay again!

Bermuda Blue is the closest location to all the restaurants, ice cream, candy and beach wear shops in Little Ft Lauderdale by the sea. Once your there no need for a car. The beach is around the corner and Ari has all the chairs, towels, umbrellas for the beach. We even made breakfast and dinner at the apt that is spacious. This is my 2nd time here and Ari never fails to be the perfect host.

Great spot close to everything!

Great location, comfortable accomodations with full living quarters just a few blocks from the ocean one way and the other way to the intercoastal. Also a block or less from food entertainment and fun!! Great spot and great hosts!!

A Gem

We stayed 4 nights and were so happy with this accomodation we extended to six in this very clean and perfectly located property. We had a car and benefitted from the designated parking space. However the property is ideally located to walk everywhere, to the beautiful beach, the great restuarants and the local grocery shops. The Visitors info centre is 5 mins walk and is well worth a visit for all the local insiders tips! Overall a great stay and no hesitation in recommending this property. We hope to be back !

The property is very clean and apartment 2 is extremely quiet and secluded even if it is right off the Main Street. 2 minute walk to the beach and close to numerous restaurants nearby. The property itself is modern and perfect for a couple.

Quiet Oasis

Tranquil courtyard shaded by beautiful foliage w/ birdcage ad fountain to relax. Half block to town center, 2 blocks to beach. Ari perfect host will be back. Eerything you need.

Great location

The location was great! A lot of restaurants, ice cream shops, etc to walk to and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach items (toys, umbrellas, etc) are available for use, which is nice if you’re flying and can’t bring anything. Great patio area as well with places to eat outside.

The stay was great!

Everything listed on the property description was accurate. The place was clean, and ready to go. Ari was helpful and had suggestions for nearby places. It only takes 3 minutes to get to the beach, and there are several good eating places within a 2-3 minute walk. Stayed for 4 days and didn't need a car. Would rent there again without hesitation.

Perfect Location

Apartment #2 was super clean and quiet. It had all we needed for our week stay. The fact that we did not have to rent a car was a bonus. This location is around the corner (basically) from the downtown business district. Ari has 9 birds in a "cage" outside and they are so beautiful to listen to and watch. You will not be disappointed in chosing this property.

Beach vacation!

We loved staying here! It’s close to the beautiful beach! Close to restaurants. You don’t have to go anywhere, everything is walking distance. We will definitely come back.

The parking spaces were limited to 1 and those spaces were extremely tight

I enjoyed my stay, the inside was very clean and I loved the blackout window treatment. The little patio was serene and I love the birdcage it gave a homely feel. Very close to the beach and lots of choices of eatery’s.
