Arrived at 1 am but hotel computer system down unable to check in until 2.15 am. Room has no coffee maker and not even a cup available although there is a safe and a fridge. Do not recommend to stay here.

As usual a great stay however i left something behind which they just binned despite emailing and messaging withing 3 hours of depature Didnt get back to me for 48 hours and waited on the phone My fault im aware howver no attempt made to help a customer out whcih wss anoying but the hotel is great for what it is Breakfast hot food is ok but the bagels and cream cheese it the spot Plenty of uber eats choices near by

The floors were water damaged, there was a leak in the shower that caused water to pool in the bathroom, the table was barely attached to the wall, the floor was filthy, our room was not stocked with towels when we arrived, the bedding was stained on both beds. When I checked out, the male staff at the front desk gave me an attitude when I asked for a receipt. The best part was checking out.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately the cleanliness has noticeably declined. The walls in the room were visibly damaged, with scuff marks and scratches that made the space feel neglected. The bed sheets had an unpleasant odor, and there was a persistent stale, food-like smell in the stairwells. Based on this experience, I believe this will be my last stay at this hotel.

The breakfast didn't look appealing at all- but the coffee was good. We were told to be at the shuttle at 0755 for the 8 am shuttle to the airport. at 805 I went in to ask if there was a delay as we needed to order an Uber if it was delayed too much longer and the response was 'She'll be along shortly'. At 0810 the driver appeared, got into the van without acknowledging us at all at started to backup. She could've said sorry for being late, I'm just turning the van around and will be with you shortly, but didn't even look in our direction. When she did stop, she didn't help us (or the other guest who had a cane and was elderly) with our luggage. She did drive safely and we got o the airport on time, but I feel if it is stated an 8 o'clock shuttle, it should be on time.

The room was clean enough but the halls flooring looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned forever. No shuttle from airport unless you arrive after 2:30. Terrible location for convenience no stores or restaurants to Speak of other than A couple hotels that have an eating place.
