Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo available for rent Sept. 1 - Dec. 31, 2020. COVID-19 free with nobody living in it since Feb. 2020--owners only use for occasional visits in the past. Condo is a 16th floor corner unit with glass balcony, living room and bedroom overlooking views of the beach, outdoor pool, intracoastal and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Jetted bathtub to relax, marble shower, fully stocked kitchen, 3 TVs, impact windows, and washer/dryer in unit. Indoor garage parking spot included, but electricity is extra. Owners are clean, don't smoke and never had pets. Ocean Riviera condo includes doorman, exercise room, party room, deck with BBQs/seating, and 2 beach lounge chairs. Walking distance to excellent neighborhood restaurants, grocery store, shops and nightlife. 2 bedrooms fit 4 people, and also has an additional pull-out couch for an additional bed available.
