Housekeeping was great daily and so friendly. The parking is only $20, which is a great price for today’s time too. Unfortunately, it seems like the hotel is going down a bit. One elevator for a sold out hotel was frustrating, the pool was cold for the beginning of our stay and pool towels were hard to come by (we waited over 30 minutes after asking the front desk for towels, at which point my husband just went to the basement and grabbed some himself.)

Room was nice. The balcony was well worth it. They staff was accommodating and friendly. There is 2 places for sun which I enjoyed. Great location. Breakfast was awesome. My only compliment was the elevator. Only 1 working and it was shared with cleaning staff. It moved slow. Spent a lot of time waiting for elevator. And the cable choices on the tv were lame. But it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

This facility was beautifully laid out. Very nice patio and pool area. The dining area overlooking the pool was a nice touch. Great breakfast service. Variety and quality was very good for an establishment like this. I think the thing that stands out the most is the front desk staff. Their service was terrific. We had a difficulty with my cell phone and needed to pass info between the ATT store and our room. Multiple times, the desk staff carried messages back and forth between the desk phone and our room. They were absolutely stellar!! I think the only negative was the carpet really needed cleaning, but the room was very nice. The poolarea and entry grounds were beautiful. We would stay again without question.

The sun deck and pool area are lovely! We enjoyed that our patio door opened right out to it. Seeing the Christmas lights on the palm trees was festive!

Old and dated building with water stains peeling paint in a lot of areas. One elevator out of order. Body wash was empty in shower. Four guests in the room and only supplies (towels, soap, cups etc) for a couple. Strong smells in the hallways. Would not recommend

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, gave good recommendations on local restaurants. They also generously took out bags all the way up to the room for us. Breakfast was fantastic, so much to choose from and the view out to the pool was relaxing. Would stay here again :)
