Condo 300 steps from beach with heated pool. Second (last) floor corner unit in Floranada complex steps from the beach (North Ocean Park+Public Kite Beach). Site offers ample free parking, nice landscaping, a large sundeck, heated pool, exterior shower, grills & seating areas.

The Floranada is located a few minutes walk from the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse and his cozy parc alongside a fascinating drawbridge (the nearby Ruby’s by the Sea restaurant is a nice discovery), the Seaside Grill (seafood restaurant), and less than 2 miles from the Briny Irish Pub (marine theme drinks). The Beach House restaurant at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and A1A is also worth a visit.

A Publix supermarket and a Whole Foods can be found on the US1 less than 2 miles from the complex. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is only 25 minutes by car (Galleria, Las Olas blvd, etc.). Also, the famous long Hollywood Beach boardwalk is about 24 miles South of Pompano.

Towards the North of the complex the nice Deerfield Beach boardwalk, his long platform, his beach and numerous beach volley-ball fields are also to discover, as with the beach at colorful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

For those who like shopping the Sawgrass Outlet Mall in Sunrise is about 25 miles South West of Pompano Beach. Street art lovers would most likely enjoy Wynwood Walls, a Miami neighborhood about 39 miles South.

For families with kids, the Pompano Community Park on the US1 is less than 2 miles (5 min) from the condo and can be accessed from the NE 10th Street.

We had an amazing experience! The condo was very clean when we arrived and had everything we expected and more. It was a great location, super close to the beach and the pool was very nice. The hosts were very friendly, checking in on us and ensuring we had a good stay. Would definitely recommend this place!!

arrived on a Sunday and the condo was warm. Temp set at 75 degrees and condo had a musty smell. aet temp to 70 but still had the musty smell, Notified owner. He sent his handyman on Wednesday to check what was causing the smell. Handyman checked underneath the sink, checked for leaks in the ceiling. Nothing found that would cause the smell. He did say its most likely coming from the AC. So while we were out he cleaned the vents which we could see were dirty with Clorox and sprayed inside the ducts. When we arrived the condo smelled from bleach which did not dissipate until Thursday evening. Apparently the owner was aware of this. It was very uncomfortable to stay, fortunately it did not rain so we were out most of the days. The owner suggested that we moved out and find another place. This was on Friday. Since it was 'in season' finding another place and checking them out was really not an option since we were checking out on Sunday. The owner did reimburse us for two days. During this week all our clothes started smelling and we needed to do several washes. Our luggage smelled as well. My wife had dropped one of her earrings and we did find it however while looking for it we had to move the dresser and bed and there was plenty of dirt. The owner is able to control the AC temp and on one occasion when we got back to the condo at night the temp was at 75 degrees. This was an unpleasant stay

We couldn’t ask for a better place to spend 3 weeks - beautiful beautiful pool and lounge area.Small complex so you get to interact with all the other guest.The host responded promptly whenever we had a question.The unit was has advertised - fully stocked with whatever you needed.The kitchen in this unit is small but functional.

Cozy and comfortable!

Great place to stay just blocks away from the beach. Clean and cozy. Nice modern style property with a classic appeal. Hosts were great with communication. Very cordial, kind and informative. Replied quickly and proactively. Awesome place, awesome owners!
