I give it 4 stars for - (a) the luxurious room that came at the very affordable rate of around $125 (weekday rate). King suite with separate kitchenette + living area, and bedroom, and balcony. (b) amenities (rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, free beach beds and towels) (c) around 150 meters from the beach Minus one star for not being transparent about the cost of the valet parking. There are hidden fees that result in valet parking totaling around $90 per day ($42 valet parking + $40 resort fee + taxes + occupancy tax!!)

The room is set up way too low to the ground. From the couch, to the chair , to the bed, everything was very low to the ground. In addition, there was no housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and never had clean towels replaced for the used towels and ran out of toilet paper! The noise from the unit ac was very loud and very close to the bedroom. It was so loud that we had to close the door just to get some sleep. The tvs were way too small for the room size and were not centered.

Was required to valet park (no other options at over $40/day). No cleaning service unless requested (and weren’t told you had to request), no one answering the phone for service for blankets. On the positives it was clean, gym was solid and great location.

This is my third time staying there and absolutely love everything about it. But I’ve noticed for the third time how the bar security harasses guests that have drinks in the pool. There was no signs saying no drinks. But these guys that were dressed in all black would threaten to throw you out of the pool if they caught you with another drink in the pool. Other than that the place was fantastic. Might look to stay elsewhere if that continues.
