We reserved a handicap accessible, and it was not. I’m sorry, a bathtub cannot be accessible even though they put bars around it. I still couldn’t use it. And the fact that the pool closes at dust is wrong. You need to show the hours of service. I wouldn’t have booked this place otherwise. Kiki’s was great btw.

Great place to stay close to the airport. We selected this property because airport shuttle listed. After waiting for 30 minutes, we called to make sure that we were in the proper location only to be told that we needed to call to get the shuttle to come get us even after giving flight info with our reservation & never being told of this requirement. We asked for shuttle and was told it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we jumped in an uber & was on the property within 10 minutes. Bar staff was kind enough to get us appetizers otherwise we would have had to leave the property for dinner. We will be staying elsewhere on our next trip simply because of lack of compassion from front desk as we were traveling with my 75 year old mother.

The property only had 1 working elevator for 11 floors of people. The entrance and lobby is very uninviting. The on-site Mexican restaurant wasn't really Mexican, maybe 3 items. A cheese quesadilla was very expensive and it wasn't even crispy. Very dated decor throughout entire hotel.

We arrived 10 minutes before the check in time. Reception staff most unhelpful, dismissive and rude when we wanted to leave our cases in a secure area. We were told to leave them in a public lobby area. As a long standing IHG member, we expected better service. Staff didn’t know if they were coming or going, it was total chaos.

We used this hotel prior to our cruise after staying at a much more expensive property but experiencing an evacuation at that one. Crowne plaza was crazy fast checking us in and didn’t charge an expensive resort fee. The cruise ships are within sight from this hotel. It’s not the most updated hotel for the price, I would say it’s a solid 3 star, but they do provide a mini fridge and microwave.

Way over priced even for Spring break week

Room was just ok. Unfortunately, this is not one of my highly favorable reviews. It did not begin well at check in. Shuttle pick up at airport was nice to have took a while longer than Expected to be picked up, but being that it was complementary and at midnight it was appreciated. The front desk lady was less than friendly and not helpful. I asked her just a few basic questions about the area, and it was advertised that the hotel has laundry on site which it does not. That was very unfortunate. I understand that spring break prices get inflated, however, for this level of hotel, I was disappointed. Sadly the pool closed at “dusk”. We not were able to use the pool at all, which was very disappointing to my family. Rooms were just ok-
