The ac in my room 329 was broken it was so hot and u comfortable all night. Upon check in guest services didn’t bother to tell me the ac was broken so I could stay so where else

Staff was nice, room was not as clean as it should be, the coffee machine was not clean, was unable to use it for hot water. the shower did not have a curtain but the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the towel provided for the floor was dirty, and the furniture in the room had noticeable scratches, which took away from the overall experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be an excellent place to stay.
