Hotel muy viejo, habitaciones con mucha humedad, agua en el piso por el aire acondicionado que debes mantener a 65oF, muy frío. El desayuno incluido solo es huevo, pan tostado, waffles, y cereal. El café muy malo. Lo único bueno es el staff dispuesto a ayudar y el shuttle gratis al aeropuerto de FLL. Pero No regresaría a este hotel.

Bugs, dirty rooms, strong drug odors, smoking in stairwell, dirty laundry, staff wasn't concerned with cleanliness, housekeepers sitting in rooms using personal cell phones instead of cleaning. Please do not recommend this facility to anyone. Breakfast is limited, definitely not fresh and the stations are dirty.

The hotel has a huge humidity problem. The rooms are equipt with room airconditioners, that do not apparently have any apility to get rid of the water. The floor was continusly wet, and the bed was damp. The supposedly hot dishes on the breakfast bar were cold, because the warming dishes were broken. The rceptionists were difficult. All in all, a very poor experience

Absolutely NOT Recommended A Complete Disaster! Our stay, or rather, lack thereof, was an unmitigated disaster and an absolute scam. We had two reservations for the nights of July 11th to July 13th. After dropping off our luggage early, we returned only to be assigned an already occupied room. When we requested a change, we were shockingly told there were no available rooms, despite having paid in full! We felt completely ripped off. To add insult to injury, it's now 10 days later, and we still haven't received a single response from the "manager" who never even bothered to show their face after this horrendous experience. To make matters worse, it was my brother-in-law's anniversary weekend, and this establishment stole our money and ruined our celebration. We are still demanding, at the very least, an apology and a full refund. Avoid this place at all costs!
