Property is in a nice spot and quite clean. It needs to be modernized and heating and air conditioning needs to be more comfortable. We were extremely uncomfortable with the cold in the room. We actually left ill because air conditioning would not shut off.

Check in was late. We did arrive early and knew a room would not be ready. At 3 pm (check-in) time, rooms still were not ready. We were very patient and knew it was not the front desk staff’s fault. After travelling in many flight delays I was looking forward to checking in and having a shower.. arrived last night there was no hot water and not even any shampoo or conditioner or body soap in the dispensers. Crashed to sleep woke up this morning and still no hot water. I’m sorry but won’t be staying here again.

This property was terrible! Pool was out of order, NO hot water, toilets didn't work. Service was terrible and we had to pay to move to another hotel and fight with Expedia and the hotel to even get one night reimbursed. HORRIBLE

I just need my refund The front desk told me all of the rooms don have microwave and fridge and the tv not working and the room was stinky 😡😡when I asked some of the guests if the room have microwave and fridge all of them tell me they have 😡when i go asked her why u telling me u don’t have microwave and fridge and I stayed for only one night and I asked her for refund I parked my stuff and left 😡😡I need my money back

When we arrived to check in we were informed that the property had no hot water. The hotel did not offer a discount or any assistance for this despite our request. During our stay we were unable to have a warm shower or use hot water for any other purpose.

Big room, clean. Breakfast was decent & refilled often, waffle maker is nice. Our room has basically no hot water in the basin & takes a long time for the shower to heat up with hot water & not much water pressure. The free settle is very convenient. As for restaurants, not much around, 22 min walk to Red Lobster, Subway etc. Pre or post cruise is a good place to stay.
