Beautiful renovated house with gazebo to relax in the backyard. you will feel like you're at home. Everything is nearby: Pharmacy, Walmart, Publix, Aldis, Liquor store, shopping plaza, Malls, and The great Fort Lauderdale Beach is less than 20 minutes away. The backyard has a wonderful vibe where you can BBQ and have a great time with your family and friends, smoking is allowed however, only outside of the home. The stay was mostly fine, but the hosts should really note in the description of the property the situation with the AC unit. Lowest it can go is 69 due to an issue with the unit. Even though the host offered some fans, I do believe at minimum this should be noted on the listing for future guests. Other than that, the property was a good value for the time we stayed and grateful for the experience.

Pros: centrally located. Safe area. Quick communication from the host with any questions. Cons: one room said it has 2 twin beds( which we needed) it did not. The house was very warm and we could not adjust the thermostat. Not a lot of outlets.

Our stay at this property was unacceptable. During our stay we experienced multiple issue that were not resolved despite communication with the host. The AC thermostat was locked, they did drop the ac to 68 and brought small fans after multiple complaints . The house smelled strongly of smoke even though the property was supposed to be smoke free. The hot tub never heated above 87 degrees and we found a bedbug in one of the beds, after being bit multiple times. We would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Birthday Blast weekend

We rented the property for the weekend with intentions of throwing a pretty substantial party for a friend. The house was perfect. Clean and welcoming we felt right at home. Will definitely book again.
