Our door wouldn’t open because it had been painted recently. Had to have staff open it for us to get in. In the morning we had to call staff to open the door. They had a hard time opening it. Don’t know what would have happened in case of an emergency.

The airport shuttle pickup was a nice bonus that I wasn't initially aware of. After an initial mix up with the room assignment, the front desk clerk did a great job of making it all right. Room was clean and comfortable.
