We had a wonderful day at this property. The facilities are extremely well maintained, very clean, and the rooms are spacious. Overall, the employees were extremely helpful and welcoming, except for the front desk young lady who was not welcoming, (perhaps she was not feeling well). I did not care for the front desk, staff uniforms, they did not fit well on the ladies.

We had an ocean front suite. It was large ,had a small kitchen ,big Living Room , (2) Large Flat Screens and a Nice Balcony. 22nd floor. It was Outstanding !

Not all Elevators worked. Staff were rude in the lobby and when receiving towels. A huge disappointment because we have been here three times and this will be our last. Too many options in the area where amentities and customer service is better.

Beautiful location, nice modern spacious rooms, excellent food on site, great atmosphere and excellent service. My only complaint was mattresses were too firm for me and overcrowded pool area but staff manage the best they can to accommodate so guests to "save" chairs when not there.

The room was dirty, mold in the shower, floors were dirty, the lounge chair was ripped and balcony floor was dirty, the windows were so dirty they were cloudy, furniture stained, towels and sheets weren't soft, room service took too long and they forgot things. No soap or towel or paper towels in kitchen, had to call to get supplies, stove stained. I had to pay for an umbrella on the beach for our chairs on the beach and had to sit where I could barely see the ocean, people were walking off the streets and taking chairs for free in front of us. Got reservations for Nube and people were just walking in and crowding our table so we left before dinner. Very expensive vacation, very disappointing.

The property was prime location. Very clean. The staff was very kind and attentive. For a week stay the larger rooms are wonderful. The pool area was great but can get crowded very easily. It was very windy during our stay so we only did 1 pool day and stayed on the beach the rest. For families, this is a wonderful hotel.

All staff were very helpful from check in to holding our bags. Gentleman that held our bags was very helpful with providing dining options and area favorites.
