I really enjoyed my stay here with my daughter. The staff here are really great, especially the kids club staff. Great location as well. Great remodel as well from when I came a few years ago. I would definitely come again..

Called multiple times for room service but no on answered. I had to go downstairs and get my Owen food from a cafe. The floor had hair and dirt all over. Our feet after showering were caked in dust/dirt. We went to the beach and they had no towels for over an hour. Eventually came back wet and walked through the hotel without being able to dry off. Although the hotel is beautiful the service was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Staff was amazing. Location was extremely convenient and you can walk too many restaurants and shops. It’s right on the boardwalk at a prime location and this hotel provides you with chairs and a towel as well as water and there is also a bar for those who drink right on the beach. There’s also towels at the pool and a huge amount of seating. They are very accommodating. We even had broken AC in our first room and we were upgraded to a suite which was even more incredible with a balcony! The only complaint I would have is breakfast was included, but you had a $59 maximum. You were able to eat pretty much anything you wanted but tip is in addition to this maximum just as an FYI.
