The property was great right across from the beach. The room was very spacious and clean. included a separate bedroom 2 baths, walk in closet, kitchen and large balcony with a great view. The staff was amazing very friendly .

Perfect location and comfortable

Perfect spot in Fort Lauderdale for spring breakers. We were looking for somewhere the teenagers could meet other teenagers and the adults and young kid would still have fun and this was it. They have a beach area where you can get food and drinks charged to the room, a nice small bar and several restaurants, and a huge, staffed pool with two hot tubs plus a good sized, staffed gym. It’s no Mexico but for Fort Lauderdale it is pretty perfect.

They were doing incredibly loud repairs in the lobby when we checked in. It was so loud we needed to cover our ears why they couldn’t do this at night it’s beyond me. The pool was closed the first day we were there, and even though at the end I wrote to the hotel to take off the resort fee for that day, they ignored my message and did not remove the fee. Our rooms were not cleaned sometimes until 4-5pm, when we would return to our rooms from the beach or wherever and needed clean rooms. Beds were hard and uncomfortable (soft pillows though). No extra blankets or pillows available. Door to balcony was incredibly hard to open (something was broken). The decor and renovations in the lobby didn’t look good or had any practicality, they had these three small check in desks that looked like breakfast counters. Scattered throughout the lobby, next to the bar. I don’t know who came up with these designs. And there were other things that just clashed. They didn’t serve or include breakfast. It’s a great location and rooms were large and nice ocean view, but for what you pay to stay there you don’t get much.

We loved loved loved this location and can’t wait to come back. The staff is super friendly and on top of their duties. The room was immaculate and spacious. The pool was the best in the area and what got us to here to begin with. One point about the pool is if you want chairs, to get there early. We do also appreciate they have a 30 minute rule to help with the crowding. If you’re away from your chair for more than 30 mins then they will clear it out for another guest. I thought this was very fair to avoid hoarding spots all day and the staff is on top of it. The beach has a similar set up but I felt like the staff out there didn’t enforce the 30 minute rule much at all so we ended up on towels on the sand.

My room was good and I had an amazing view but the one thing that hindered my stay at the Hilton Beach Resort was the valet parking. It was absolutely horrible with inexperienced people working there, staff that was not friendly and horribly long wait times for your vehicle. As a matter fact, on 2 separate days they couldn’t “find my keys”only for them to later realize that they had put it in the wrong spot behind someone else’s keys or put it in a basket at their desk and not back in the appropriate spot for valet ticket number. Atrocious service and I had to pay $55 every day for that. Absolutely ridiculous. This significantly reduces the chances of me ever going back there.
