Been going there 40 years have kept my boat there grew up there and Hilton decided to remove the tiki bar know that sounds weird but that was a staple there hope Hilton sells it back to the Marriott totally ruined hotel by Hilton

We were in the east villas and it’s not what i expected from a Hilton. The room smells literally like urine, we got a double bed instead of the king I reserved, the room door was broken, the hallways are dirty, the elevator didn’t work, i mean it looks worse than a cheap motel. The main building is nice, the rooms are newer but still not clean. For the price all you get is a good location close to the port but the hotel is not worth it. No amenities, small lobby with limited seating, no water bottle in the room, not even a vending machine, oh and everything closes early - on a Saturday at 11pm no restaurant or a shop open. Glad only spent 1 night here

We arrived at this hotel late and were hungry. The front desk told us there were still 40 minutes before the restaurant closed. We thought it was okay, but we didn't know the room was a little far away from the lobby. It took us a little while to find it. We entered the room and found a bunch of suitcases piled in our room. We were confused if we had entered the wrong number. We checked, and it was correct. So we wanted to call the front desk, but the phone in the room was not working at all. At this moment, a man looks like a bellboy came in and tried to take away a bunch of suitcases. We asked him what was going on. He said he didn't know and was just told to take the luggage away. We asked if he could help us contact the front desk. He said he couldn't, as he was only responsible for pulling luggage. I finally found the phone number and called the front desk. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. She apologized and said she would reassign us to a room in the main building. We had to drag our luggage back to the front desk. When we finally got our room settled, the restaurant in the hotel was closed. By asking the hotel's door guy, we were told there was one still open nearby. When we got there, it was also closed. This was an unlucky day for us. Well, I want to give the woman who answered the phone a 5-star. But only gave the front desk guy and luggage guy a 2 star.

Nice staff clean rooms. Great location. Hidden fee named “resort fee” which I feel is misleading. But other than that good hotel
