You are paying for the location, as its only steps away from the beach. When you first read the listing, it states you must park in the parking spot. Misleading you to think there is one for you. There is not, you have to pay for parking if you're lucky to find one close, or you have to park in parking garage which you pay for also. You can cook a meal or reach for a drink in fridge from the bed. The frying pans were dirty and scratched to hell oone is cooking in those thing if you valueyour health. coffee grinds in the keurig, papers towels were dirty. To top it all off there was not hot water!!!!. Had to take a cold shower which I would even call it a shower washed half my body, I was freezing. That was the ultimate decision maker for me, we left after the first night didnt even stay the 2nd night. Between paying for parking and a cold shower. We cut it short and left. Wasn't worth the frustration.
