During our check at the the front desk they told us they need to put a $35 charge on our card and we would be refunded after . So why did my card get charged the $35 and $175 later on? And when I called to ask they said it would be refunded in 24 hour and it wasn't. So no only did I pre pay for the booking + the $35 deposit + $175 for god knows what. Only thing that came to mind is a scam.

The water was shut off for three days of the stay from 11am-5pm without any real warning and zero compensation. The room was filthy with stained carpets and furniture. The rooms are outdated.

We booked this hotel for the location convenience and also for the advertisement of a bath tub in the king room, as we do not have these facilities were we live and it’s always a special treat when we stay in hotels. We primarily pick hotels for that availability. Upon check in, we got assigned the king room we had paid for, but not tub. After further conversation with the lobby staff, we were informed that the website and photos of the room advertised is wrong, apparently not tub available in the king rooms. Also, the room was very outdated, couch felt dirty, carpet had holes in it and felt dirty as well. Bathroom and bed linen was clean though. I feel like the overall room needs some maintenance and also a refresh on the advertising photos and room amenities list. Upon check- in we were also informed that the water will be cut off for the majority of the day. We had purposely requested a late checkout in order to freshen up prior to our 17h flight. Number one reason we booked a hotel close to the airport. No indemnity was offered for the inconvenience, just added payment for parking. I guess it’s an overall shame, we have another reservation upon our return flight in a few weeks, otherwise we might have considered a different hotel.

Had unplanned delay in flights. Called hotel in the morning to notify them we will be checking in but plan on being late. She was dismissive and said to use app. Later used app and found out the 3 rooms we booked were not what we booked so I called to investigate and waited on hold at the airport for 20 minutes only to get hung up on. Waited 20 more minutes and spoke to a lady that said we were confirmed for whatvwe originally booked. When we arrived we were told we had 3 rooms with a king bed plus sofa to accommodate 13 adults when our original booking was for 2 queen beds plus sofa. She wanted us to sleep 3 adults to a king bed. We were opposed to that. Luckily she did accommodate a couple rooms to ensure 3 people didn't have to share a bed. That was helpful but took over 30 minutes to sort out after an alreaymdy stressful day of travel disruptions. We slept 2 hrs and checked out. Added stress to a very stressful day. No plan to stay here ever again.
