The hotel was great, spacious room for a family traveling with 2 teens and nice pool area. The breakfast was handy but less options than we’ve had at other Hyatts. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was okay. There is great places to eat round. The hotel breakfast was good, staff was friendly and welcoming but it looked a little old and not very clean, there was couple of tiny ants in my room which made me wonder if the room was clean previously but I was able to manage.

The room was filthy, red stains on the carpet, mildew shower curtain and a dirt tub. Housekeeping came him and supposedly clean the room by just spreading the bed. Garbage was not empited, the rug and bathroom floor was clearly dirty and the bathroom wasn't clean and the room still had that funky smell as when we just checked into the room. We called the front office and notified them, shortly after housekeeping came back and did what they should have done in the first place. The room now had a fresh clean smell and you could see that it had been clean. We do appreciate that it was taken care of.

Based on reviews I thought this property would’ve been a good choice but I was disappointed. Furniture in rooms was chipped and need updating. Old popcorn ceilings , curtains look drab. Also they need to have more staff doing space cleaning, too much remnants of paper straws sugar packets and crumbs from what guests ate earlier are in the lobby, I saw this on more than one occasion. Also the WiFi was very unreliable. It never worked in the room.
