Our fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, Ninja Blender, Insta-Pot, oven, 4-stove cooktop, dishwasher, coffee station, toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes, ensuring your culinary needs are met.

For your comfort, the master bedroom features a King size bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. A dresser provides ample storage space, and a Smart TV offers entertainment at your fingertips. Fresh linen, mattress protector, comforters, central A/C, and blackout curtains. The master bathroom offers a rejuvenating shower, excellent hot water pressure, towels, and a vanity.

The living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, a functional working desk paired with a comfortable chair, and a dining area that seats four, perfect for meals or gatherings.

Please note that this is a 6-unit building with long-term rentals in the other units, so expect some traffic. However, you'll have your own parking spot and entrance to the apartment. Please be aware that the property does not have a mailbox.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

Guests who disturb the peace or cause disruptions to the neighborhood will be immediately evicted, with no refund provided. Thank you for your cooperation.
