Beautiful hotel and lovely, friendly staff. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. Our flight came early and our room was ready for us (way before the check in time). The hotel has many activities for kids and adults but the atmosphere is quiet and respectful. No loud music just great ambiance. Service was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming and really made the whole stay really enjoyable.

This was our 18th stay at the Lago Mar. We love it! We were upgraded to a wonderful room. Loved everything. Initially we were taken aback by the substantial increase in the cost of a set up, but the new lounge chairs are nice. Probably will limit number of set ups in the future and use the pool. $62 for a set up is a little high for us! Otherwise great!

I loved how beautiful the property is, inside and out. I loved all of the activities that are included for the family on the property such as basketball, volleyball, and mini golf. I loved the beautiful views from each of our rooms, the beautiful landscaping and lighting. I really loved the vibe from the moment you walk in until you have to go back home!

Is a great family resort. They have lots of activities for the kids and although is an older property, is traditionally designed and kept impeccable the beach chairs are free. I really enjoyed it and will be coming back.

I love the resort. It was very clean and the access to the beach (which is private) is second to none. The pool is awesome. The staff is awesome. The only downside has nothing to do with the resort. There are A LOT of snobby/stuck up guests that are incredibly entitled. The price was pretty reasonable considering the location and amenities but I had no idea that I would be surrounded by such rude/arrogant/stuck up people.

The Mexico girl at the front desk tried to take 1393 from me extra off my account I caught on to her so I demand they put it back so I use another card to pay my full bill with I have the receipts they told me my first cared was removed from the system we close out our tab and we have receipts but after I left they decided to go back in my care and steal more money from me I had to contact my bank on fraud and close my cards beware of the front deck and please check keep checking your account for fraud I will never go back there the front deck is stealing money from people cards

Amazing!!

Absolutely amazing! We will be back!! The only wish we had was the water to be a bit cooler in the pool, dump some ice in there! Lol! It felt like a hot tub!

We were coming back from a cruise and staying an extra day in Fort Lauderdale and I wanted to stay somewhere nice. This place fit the bill. Not only were we allowed to check in early, but we were upgraded to a nicer room that was quite spacious and had a balcony. The beach is right there and there is an adult only pool if we wanted to chill and relax. The staff answered all of my questions. The property offers laundry facilities for guests. There is also a spa, gym, and a variety of restaurants. I plan to go back.
