* Pool Heat available for an additional $150 plus tax per night (+ processing fee) for the duration of the stay.



* Stay in Guests are strictly maxed to 10 people.



*Smoke detectors are installed throughout the property.



*Strictly No Pets allowed. Penalty applies.



* STRICTLY NO LOUD PARTIES ALLOWED. Penalty fees will apply if rule is not followed.

*Alcohol and drugs are also not allowed, and a $5000 penalty fee will apply to guests that violate this policy.



**Pool Heating Fee**

The property features a propane-heated pool. Guests who wish to have the pool

heated during their stay will incur a daily fee of $150 plus tax. This charge

applies for each day of the entire reservation period and must be paid prior

to occupancy.



**Boat Rental Fee**

For guests interested in renting a boat up to 60 feet in length, a $50.00 per-

foot rental fee applies for the entire duration of the stay. This fee must be

paid before occupancy.







**Early Check-In Fee**



Guests who wish to check in before the standard check-in time will be charged

an early check-in fee of $100.



**Listing Penalties and Damage Assessment**

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, penalties are in place for

certain violations:

A $1,000 penalty will be imposed for any violation of the city's noise

ordinance.

The same $1,000 penalty applies to breaches of the no-smoking, no-drugs, or

no-destruction policies regarding the home and its furnishings.

Partying inside the property is strictly prohibited and subject to a $1,000

penalty.

All property damage will be evaluated, and repair costs will be assessed based

on actual expenses incurred.



There are 5 bikes and no go carts please.
